About this Nominee

A most magical evening was the tree lighting in the Village Park, December, 2016. Carolers were singing, as we sipped hot chocolate and walked about the village anticipating the big moment. A soft glow from the tree lights and people's faces illuminated by the candles they held made us feel connected as if we were part of a big family—our village. I hope we can do this again.
